I product managed the JustGiving iOS app, taking over a team that was lacking in direction and purpose, and giving them some structure and discipline to become more effective. We ran our first mobile-app-based AB test to try and improve the onboarding flow, added whatsapp sharing (which was very successful and then taken to the mobile website) and switched to a new analytics and marketing platform to allow us to send custom in-app or push notifications based on user behaviour.
